1. Introduction
Welcome to Dynamics of Stillness.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our websites, online learning platform, courses, educational materials and related services.
Our online school is operated by:
Dynamics of Stillness Limited
Company Registration Number: 677139
Email: stillnessteam@gmail.com
These Terms apply to https://dynamicsofstillness.learnworlds.com and to the services operated by Dynamics of Stillness Limited through https://dynamicsofstillness.com.
By registering for an account, purchasing a course or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Our Courses and Educational Services
Dynamics of Stillness provides online educational courses, lectures, recorded materials, practical exercises and other learning resources.
Our subjects include osteopathy, cranial paediatrics, health, wellbeing, meditation, stillness and personal development.
Courses may be intended for different audiences. Some are designed for qualified healthcare practitioners, while others are intended for general educational or personal wellbeing purposes.
Each course description should be read carefully before purchase to ensure that the course is appropriate for your needs, experience and qualifications.
3. Registration and Student Accounts
To access certain courses, you may need to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your account details up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Accounts are intended for individual use unless a separate arrangement has been expressly agreed.
You must not share your account credentials or allow unauthorised users to access purchased materials.
We may restrict or suspend access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, misuse, security risks or serious breaches of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
4. Course Purchases and Payments
Course prices are displayed at the point of purchase.
Payments may be processed through PayPal or another payment method expressly offered at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the payment.
You are responsible for reviewing the course description, price, access arrangements and any stated eligibility requirements before purchasing.
An order confirmation or payment receipt will be provided as applicable.
Any taxes or additional charges required to be disclosed by law will be presented during the purchasing process.
5. Course Access
Access to purchased courses is provided through our online learning platform, subject to the access conditions stated on the relevant course page or at checkout.
Access may begin immediately after successful payment, depending on the course.
Some courses may have limited access periods, staged releases or specific completion requirements.
Where an access period applies, it should be clearly stated before purchase.
Course access does not transfer ownership of the learning materials.
We may make reasonable updates to course content or platform functionality, provided these do not unlawfully reduce the rights of purchasers or materially undermine the course as described at purchase.
6. Cancellation, Refunds and Consumer Rights
We aim to provide clear information about our courses before purchase.
Statutory cancellation rights
Where you purchase as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, that right may be lost once supply begins during the cancellation period, but only where the legal requirements for obtaining your prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of the cancellation right and the required confirmation have been satisfied.
Different rules may apply to digital services and other types of contracts.
We will not treat the mere purchase of a course as automatically waiving any statutory cancellation right.
Requests for cancellation or refunds
To request cancellation or a refund, email stillnessteam@gmail.com with your name, purchase details and the reason for your request, if you wish to provide one.
We will assess requests in accordance with applicable law and the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Where a statutory refund is due, it will be processed within the legally required timeframe.
Faulty or unavailable digital content
If purchased digital content is not supplied as agreed, is defective or does not conform to applicable legal requirements, you may be entitled to remedies including correction, a price reduction or a refund.
Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Discretionary refunds
Outside statutory entitlements, we do not ordinarily offer discretionary refunds for digital course content once access has begun, unless otherwise stated for the particular course or agreed by us.
7. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
All course materials, including recordings, videos, audio, lectures, written resources, presentations, illustrations, exercises, branding and downloadable content, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless otherwise stated, they belong to Dynamics of Stillness Limited, Ian Wright or the relevant rights holder.
When you purchase a course, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own learning and professional development, subject to the course conditions.
You must not, without prior written permission:
Copy, reproduce or redistribute course materials beyond permitted personal use.
Upload recordings or resources to file-sharing platforms or other websites.
Sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the materials.
Share paid course access with others.
Record, republish or present course teaching as your own.
Remove copyright notices or other ownership information.
Any expressly authorised downloads remain subject to these Terms.
8. Professional Education and Clinical Responsibility
Certain Dynamics of Stillness courses provide postgraduate or specialist education for healthcare practitioners.
These courses are intended to support professional learning and clinical understanding.
They do not replace the qualifications, professional registration, supervision, clinical judgement or continuing professional development required for safe practice.
Practitioners remain responsible for:
Working within their professional competence and scope of practice.
Maintaining any required professional registration and insurance.
Obtaining appropriate consent from patients or guardians.
Complying with safeguarding, professional and regulatory obligations.
Making independent clinical decisions appropriate to each patient.
Seeking further training or supervision where necessary.
Course content reflects the teaching, clinical experience and professional perspectives of the relevant tutor. It should not be treated as a guarantee of clinical outcomes.
9. International Certificate in Cranial Paediatrics (ICCP)
The International Certificate in Cranial Paediatrics is specialist professional education.
The following conditions apply to ICCP courses, including Part 1 and Part 2, where relevant.
Professional eligibility
Participants must be appropriately qualified or licensed practitioners, such as osteopaths, craniosacral therapists or allied healthcare professionals, with the necessary professional background to undertake the training.
Professional insurance
Participants must hold appropriate current professional indemnity or malpractice insurance relevant to their professional practice.
Child safeguarding
Practitioners working with babies and children must comply with the child protection and safeguarding laws, training requirements and professional codes applicable in the country where they practise.
Participants intending to treat children are expected to undertake appropriate accredited child protection or safeguarding training relevant to their professional role and jurisdiction.
Clinical responsibility
The course provides specialist educational perspectives and does not replace full professional training in cranial osteopathy, craniosacral therapy or paediatric clinical practice.
Participants are responsible for determining whether particular techniques, assessments or approaches are appropriate for an individual patient.
All treatment decisions, including those involving infants and children, remain the responsibility of the treating practitioner.
Course progression and certification
Any prerequisite requirements for Part 2, assessment conditions or certificate eligibility will be stated in the relevant course information.
Enrolment alone does not confer a new professional licence, protected title or permission to practise outside an individual's existing professional scope.
10. Anxiety Brakes Course
The Anxiety Brakes course may include meditation, awareness practices and techniques intended to support relaxation and personal wellbeing.
These materials are educational and supportive in nature.
They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, counselling or other appropriate professional healthcare.
Participants should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional where they have concerns about their physical or mental health.
Participants must not stop, change or reduce prescribed medication without consulting the appropriate prescribing healthcare professional.
If an exercise causes significant distress or discomfort, participants should stop and seek appropriate support.
11. Self-Healing Course
The Self-Healing course may include meditation, self-awareness, reflective practices and other wellbeing exercises.
These resources are provided for educational and personal development purposes.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical or psychological condition and should not replace appropriate medical care.
Participants should seek qualified professional advice regarding medical concerns and should not alter prescribed medication or treatment plans without consulting their healthcare provider.
Individuals should participate at a level appropriate to their own circumstances and stop any exercise that causes concerning symptoms or distress.
12. Health and Wellbeing Disclaimer
Our courses and resources may discuss health, wellbeing, osteopathy, the nervous system, meditation and related subjects.
Information provided is educational and does not create a practitioner-patient relationship between you and Dynamics of Stillness Limited or the course tutor.
No specific therapeutic, medical, psychological or clinical outcome is guaranteed.
If you require individual healthcare advice, diagnosis or treatment, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services.
13. Certificates and Course Completion
Where a course offers a certificate, the applicable requirements will be described in the course information.
Certificates may depend on completion of specified lessons, activities, assessments or other stated requirements.
A certificate of course completion does not automatically constitute professional accreditation, statutory registration or permission to undertake regulated clinical activities.
Any external recognition or accreditation will be described expressly where applicable.
14. Student Conduct and Contributions
You agree to use our websites and learning platform respectfully and lawfully.
You must not:
Harass, threaten or abuse other users or staff.
Post unlawful, discriminatory or otherwise harmful material.
Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
Share confidential or identifiable patient information without appropriate legal authority.
Attempt to interfere with platform security or functionality.
Use the platform to distribute unsolicited promotional material.
If you voluntarily submit comments, feedback or other content, you retain ownership of material that belongs to you.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display and process that content only as reasonably necessary to operate the relevant platform features, provide services and administer the learning environment.
We will not treat ordinary student submissions as granting an unrestricted right to commercially exploit your original work.
We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
15. Availability and Technical Requirements
We aim to provide reliable access to our online courses.
However, websites and online learning systems may occasionally experience maintenance, interruptions, technical faults or service-provider outages.
You are responsible for having suitable internet access, compatible devices and any software reasonably required to use the platform, where these requirements have been disclosed.
If a technical problem prevents access to purchased content, please contact us so that we can investigate and seek an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this section removes your statutory rights relating to the supply or quality of digital content and services.
16. Third-Party Services
Our services may use third-party providers, including LearnWorlds for course hosting and PayPal for payments.
Use of these services may also be subject to their applicable terms and privacy notices.
We are not responsible for independently operated third-party websites linked from our platform, except where responsibility arises under applicable law.
17. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
You can contact stillnessteam@gmail.com with privacy-related questions.
18. Liability
We take reasonable care in providing our educational materials and services.
However, the interpretation and practical application of educational material, particularly in professional clinical settings, requires appropriate qualifications, judgement and consideration of individual circumstances.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept responsibility for losses arising solely from the inappropriate use of educational content outside its intended purpose or outside a participant's professional competence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.
Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law.
19. Changes to Courses and Terms
We may update our courses, websites and these Terms where reasonably necessary.
Where changes materially affect an existing purchase, we will comply with applicable legal requirements, including any required notice and consumer remedies.
Updated Terms will be published with a revised date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove statutory rights associated with purchases already made.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
Disputes will be dealt with by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms prevents consumers from exercising rights available under mandatory consumer protection legislation.
